OVERVIEW
This page describes everything sold through this website. All business is conducted by Henry Finn, an individual operating as a sole proprietor in California, United States. There is no separate legal entity; Henry Finn is the merchant of record for every transaction.
All prices are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD). The exact price of any item is shown before you confirm payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, plus ACH bank transfer for invoiced work. Card details are entered on Stripe's own hosted checkout and are never seen, handled, or stored on this website.
1. ADVISORY & CONSULTING
Strategic advisory for companies, funds, and brands working on IP, entertainment, AI, and blockchain. Engagements are remote-first, with in-person work by arrangement.
What is included
- Advisory retainer. Ongoing counsel across strategy, product, IP development, and partnerships. Typically a fixed number of hours per month plus asynchronous access over email and messaging.
- Project engagement. A defined piece of work with an agreed scope and deliverable, such as a go-to-market strategy, an IP development plan, an AI adoption roadmap, or a diligence review.
- Workshop or strategy session. A single scheduled session with a written summary and recommendations delivered afterwards.
- Speaking and appearances. Keynotes, panels, fireside chats, and moderated conversations.
Pricing
Advisory and consulting is quoted per engagement, in US dollars, because scope, duration, and deliverables differ for every client. There is no published rate card. Billing structure by engagement type:

You will always receive a written proposal or statement of work stating the exact fee, the scope, the schedule, and the payment terms before any money changes hands. Nothing is charged without that written agreement in place. Standard invoice terms are net 15 days unless the proposal says otherwise.
Delivery
Retainers begin on the start date named in the proposal. Project deliverables are sent by email or shared document on the schedule stated in the statement of work. Written summaries from workshops are delivered within five business days of the session.
2. DIGITAL GOODS & CONTENT
Digital publications and creative work sold as one-time purchases, including comics and digital editions, written guides and reports, and downloadable creative or reference material.
Pricing
Every digital item shows its full price in USD on its own product page, and again on the Stripe checkout page, before you confirm anything. There are no hidden charges, handling fees, or surprise add-ons. Sales tax is added at checkout where required by law.
Delivery
Digital goods are delivered electronically, by download link or emailed file, immediately after your payment is confirmed, and in all cases within 24 hours. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no shipping delays. If a download link does not arrive, see contact and it will be re-sent.
What you get
A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read, view, and use the item for your own personal or internal business purposes. It does not transfer copyright, and it does not grant the right to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or train commercial machine-learning systems on the work. Full terms are in the terms of service.
3. MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Recurring access to private networks, communities, and ongoing content programs.
Pricing and billing cycle
Each membership tier shows its price and its billing interval in USD on the signup page, and again on the Stripe checkout page, before you confirm anything.
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same price, until you cancel. Your card is charged on the same calendar day each cycle. You will be emailed a receipt for every charge.
Canceling
You can cancel at any time, from your account page or by emailing henry@henryfinn.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term unless a specific tier says so at signup. Full detail is in the refund & cancellation policy.
Price changes
Membership prices will not change for an existing member without at least 30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
Delivery
Access is granted electronically within 24 hours of your first successful payment, and usually immediately.

For the avoidance of doubt, this website does not sell securities, investment products, tokens, or financial instruments; does not offer investment, legal, tax, or medical advice; and does not sell physical goods requiring shipment. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security.
