Henry Finn builds entertainment companies and intellectual property at the frontier of storytelling technology.
Over fifteen years he has worked across every major shift in media production — from early digital cinema to VR, AR, 360 video, blockchain, and AI.
As president of Luminous US, an East-West production company, he delivered work for Google, Facebook, Samsung, Spotify, Activision, Nike, and Walmart, and for artists and athletes including Johnny Depp, Jamie Foxx, and Steph Curry. Earlier, through Blueprint Media, he produced for technology companies and investors before that company was acquired by Luminous Seoul.
In 2023 he led the acquisition of 0N1 Force, the first anime franchise of scale to emerge from crypto, and is rebuilding it for the AI era. He operates GK Labs, an IP and entertainment incubator within OFR Fund, founded by Wei Zhou, former CFO of Binance.
IP and community are synonymous. He builds gatherings and franchises the same way. Anime Cinema Club, public anime screenings that bring people together, is one such gathering. Community is not a side channel. It is the IP.
He is primarily concerned with building autonomous IP economies: IP, content, and community working together so the whole provides more than the sum of its parts, and contributors share in the benefit. Artistpreneur is his name for that practice.
His work sits between Hollywood, anime, gaming, and frontier technology — with a particular focus on East-West franchises that travel.
